At the "heart" of the oven is the AISI stainless steel turbine 304 with self-reversing rotation, which ensures uniform circulation of hot air throughout the chamber. THE rounded and airtight interior cabin optimizes air flow and prevents heat loss, while the high efficiency steam generator injects water directly into the turbine, ensuring perfect humidity and consistent baking result.
DURABILITY & EASE OF USE
The outer shell from stainless steel offers protection from shocks and wear, while maintaining aesthetic balance with it tempered glass of the door. THE COOL-TOUCH double door has an external cold glass with thermal bridge system and “Low-e” anti-reflective glass, offering safety and comfort in handling. The reinforced AISI handle 304 it is extremely durable and ergonomic, while the magnetic door detector ensures operational safety.

Energy efficient design

ECO mode – Automatic energy saving
The oven has parameter ECO Auto Shutdown, which transfers the device to standby mode (Stand-by) when there is no action on the panel or door for a predetermined period of time. At this stage, consumption is reduced to 0 kW/h, without affecting performance or security.
ECU parameter – Intelligent heat management
With the feature enabled Efficient Maintenance (ECU), the oven automatically adjusts the maintenance temperature after 30 idle minutes.
The default temperature is 120°C, ensuring savings of up to 75% relative to full operation at 200°C. The return to baking temperature takes place within just 4 minutes, offering maximum flexibility and time savings.
