The multi-point temperature sensor can accurately detect the temperature of food in the various stages of cooling or freezing as well as automatically control the length of the cooling cycle and can be easily removed after each cycle without the need for heating.

Remote access to the control panel allows faster and more accurate interventions, with the equipment restarting in a shorter time.
