Manual Prostofa

The manual proofer is a manual loading and unloading chamber that allows the dough to rest for the time required after the division stage, before it is given its final shape. The dough pieces are gently kneaded in the manual RP stopper during this resting time, slightly increasing the size and therefore become more flexible to configure. It is specially designed for artisan bakers who have the utmost respect for their dough. Standard tanks allow loading of pieces up to 650 g.

Planning

Metal structure painted in gray, making the chamber extremely durable. An oversized chain is used for proof chamber wheels, extending chamber life. Smooth operation through the gears, resulting in an ultraquiet machine.

Equipped with electrical plugs for the modulator and splitter, who usually work together. It has a right/left manual control button and an optional ergonomic hands-free controller. Polyester pouches to prevent moisture build-up. Optional germicidal lamp.
