Thanks to the two counter-rotating fans, the oven ensures constant temperature and uniform baking in every part of the chamber.
The temperature is regulated by a precision thermostat, while steam and ventilation control allows flexibility depending on product type — from crispy bread to fluffy sweets.

The construction of AISI stainless steel 430, both internally and externally, ensures long lasting, easy cleaning and full compliance with CE standards. THE electromechanical panel has 25 baking programs, with up to 5 phases per program, for complete temperature control, of time, steam and ventilation. It has halogen lighting, sound notification at the end of the cycle, door with hinges or opening sides, and adjustable feet for ergonomic placement in any space.
