Planning
AISI stainless steel exterior finish 430, and AISI stainless steel interior 304. It is equipped with an insulated tank, compressor, coil and stirrer. This reduces the temperature quickly and efficiently, thus ensuring full control of the dough preparation process. Two models of refrigerators with corresponding cooling capacity 70 and 90 liters/hour, with water inlet at 18ºC and outlet at 3ºC. Tank insulation made of high density polyurethane, minimizing energy losses. You can control the level and internal level via control.
Warranty
